Try to animate things that you never animated before
Analyze other people animation and try to replicate how they animate
Look for tips, in youtube, here and in the whole internet there's people that would give you tips or already made a thread/video about that

That site is different, they post an 11 sec. audio clip every month, and everybody who wants to participate animates to that clip only. Check out the archives, you'll get the idea.

Ohh, basicly ,,under judgement" means other users are rating your thing based on how good it is, and the reason the thing dissapears is it wasn't, well, good acording to those users. It is rather unfortanate, but I'll try to find one of your
